President, Mr. Bonaventure (Castro) Aguissi, is a Property Consultant, Real Estate Broker and Developer. He has worked as a Property Consultant for numerous United Nations Agencies, the European Union, Embassies, Multinational firms and some individuals. He is an experienced entrepreneur who has invested in diverse fields such as Football, Information Communication Technology (I.C.T), Education, Agriculture and Humanitarian works. Mr. Aguissi possesses a Post Graduate Degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing. Mr. Aguissi is also the founder and CEO of Aguissi Global Vision Ltd, The Language Clinique (TLC) and the Organisation for African Development (OAD).


Vice President, Mrs. Fortune E. Aguissi, is a visionary individual with a strong passion for development on the African continent and a co-founder of OAD.  She is an entrepreneur and currently the Managing Director (MD) of Everyday Foods, a reputable restaurant located in Accra, Ghana. She has a Degree in Marketing from Central University College, Ghana, and an HND in Marketing from Accra Polytechnic, also in Ghana. 


Operations Director, Mr. Ibrahim Sunday, is a veteran Black Star player and coach with a glittering career. He is a one-time African Footballer of the year (1971), captained the Kumasi Asante Kotoko club side that lifted the African Club Championship (1967), and also played for two years for top-flight German side Werder Bremen. He has coached teams in Germany, Ghana, Gabon, Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire, and he won 5 trophies in 2 seasons with Africa Sport, among other outstanding achievements.


Technical Director cum scout, Mr. Leye Daouda, is a former player of the French second division. He holds a sports instructor’s certificate (2nd Degree) as well as a French Football Federation Coaching Diploma. He also holds a French Federation sports agent’s license with number 28100908. He coached in France between the years 1998 and 2012.


Assistant Technical Director cum scout, Mr. Dan Owusu, was a mercurial striker who played for both the Black Meteors and the Black Stars of Ghana. He was voted Best Footballer in Ghana in the year 1976. In his time at premiership side Bofoakwa Tano, he was National Goal King for three (3) years in a row and set a record by netting a combined total of 78 goals within those three seasons (1974, 1975 and 1976). He was part of the Black Stars squad that won the African Cup of Nations in 1978. Coaching-wise, he holds a CAF License B, a Diploma in Coaching from Russia, the FIFA-sanctioned Futuro Coaching Course, the CAF Intermediate Coaching Course, to mention just a few. He has coached top-notch Ghanaian premiership sides such as Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Brong Ahafo United, Bechem United and Bofoakwa Tano. He also coached a 3rd Division Togolese side, Asko de Kara.


Legal Officer, Mr. Kojo Botsio, is a graduate of Oxford University in the United Kingdom with an M.A. in Jurisprudence. He was subsequently called to the Bar at Lincolns Inn, London, U.K. and enrolled at the Ghana Bar. He is the Solicitor of the Superior Court of Judicature of Ghana and Notary Public of the Republic of Ghana. He is Principal of Penuel Law Services, Accra, Ghana and practices extensively, particularly in the fields of Investment, Natural Resources, Environment, International Trade and Individual matters.
